90-DAY KETTLEBELL CHALLENGE   January 16-April 13

Elevate’s 90 Day Challenge is guaranteed to promote significant changes in functional strength, power, endurance, coordination, flexibility, body composition, and mental well-being.  We will embark upon a physical journey that will give meaning to metabolic training.  Our focus will be high intensity interval training.  Our primary modality will be the kettlebell, while incorporating plyometrics, pull-ups, push-ups, planks, TRX, stability balls, and yoga-inspired poses.  Our goal will be to optimize your athletic performance, no matter your particular sport or personal fitness target.

This progressive three phase physical training and food intake plan is designed to take you to that next level of fitness or performance.  Dr. Brad Foster will be doing in-depth body composition analysis, while Angelo Poli of Whole Body Fitness will be offering a scientifically proven method for weight loss for those seeking a solution to unwanted weight.

Expect to be challenged! Show up and be consistent and your body will adapt to the work, strengthen itself from the platform from which it started, and provide results we all seek!  Or simply faster, stronger and leaner!   We will continue to enjoy the benefits of small group dynamics in our classes but get ready to take it to a new level of intensity for 90 days!

There will be a one-time fee of $25 for existing Elevate clients and a flat fee of $339 for new clients for the 90 Day KB Challenge.  Payment options will be available.  Please promote this to your friends and family. And get ready to be superbly fit!

YOGA AT ELEVATE!     Beginning January 23, 2012

Are you ready for a yoga class that will challenge the body, awaken the mind and ignite the spirit?

Power Vinyasa Yoga is coming to ELEVATE!

The practice of power Vinyasa Yoga uses the connection between breath and movement to keep you flowing from pose to pose as you build strength, flexibility and endurance while you rejuvenate the body and calm the mind.

Get ready to sweat! Power Vinyasa classes are taught in a room that is heated between 85-92 degrees.  The heat helps the body release toxins while promoting circulation and vitality.  Bring a bottle of water and a towel to class (a slippery yoga mat is just no fun to practice on).

Gretchen Klein received her training in the Baptiste Style of Vinyasa Flow Yoga and completed her 200 hour yoga certification in May 2011. She was trained by Tami Schneider in Cleveland, Ohio at Cleveland’s Premiere Baptiste Affiliate Studio, Cleveland Yoga.  Gretchen began practicing yoga in 2008; she came to yoga for the physical challenges it presented but stayed for the personal growth and empowerment she experienced and is now eager to share with the Elevate Fitness community.

Class times and days to be added soon, stay tuned!

Namaste
