Dear Yogis, Elevate Yoga will be closed from Wednesday April 4, 2012- Thursday April 12, 2012. Our regular schedule will resume Friday April 13th 7:00am – 8:00am for a Slow Flow class geared to stretch out the body and calm the mind. Power Vinyasa Yoga is coming to ELEVATE!
The practice of power Vinyasa Yoga uses the connection between breath and movement to keep you flowing from pose to pose as you build strength, flexibility and endurance while you rejuvenate the body and calm the mind.
Get ready to sweat! Power Vinyasa classes are taught in a room that is heated between 85-92 degrees. The heat helps the body release toxins while promoting circulation and vitality. Bring a bottle of water and a towel to class (a slippery yoga mat is just no fun to practice on).
